All of our products are rigorously tested, and we are committed to creating great quality, sustainable products that will last. Due to this commitment, each product we have manufactured has a 10 years  limited warranty from the date of purchase, and it applies to the products that are purchased from GROUNDTRUTH or from authorised GROUNDTRUTH stores or dealers only. 

The 10 year limited warranty covers manufacturing faults and extends to the original owner. Products that are covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of GROUNDTRUTH. 

Refunds beyond our standard return period of 30 days are not covered by the warranty.

In order for us to determine if your product is covered by the warranty, please include your proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue(s) with your product, and clear photos of the product issue.

We may ask you to send the product to us for further investigation or repair. If we do so, please select a guaranteed delivery service that provides parcel tracking information, insurance, and proof of delivery. GROUNDTRUTH is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping and cannot replace parcels lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable

If GROUNDTURTH determines that the issue is covered by the warranty, we will repair it and send it back to you free of charge. If we determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it for you with a refurbished or new product based on availability.  If we determine that a replacement product is not available, we will provide you with a product of comparable value.

If the product issue is not covered by warranty, we may be able to repair the item for you. However, this will be charged at a cost determined by GROUNDTRUTH.
