GROUNDTRUTH Limited Warranty
We’re offering a relationship that is built on trust, shared responsibility, and the belief that better things should last longer. All of our products are rigorously tested, and we are committed to creating great quality, sustainable products that will last. Due to this commitment, each product we have manufactured has a 10 years limited warranty from the date of purchase, and it applies to the products that are purchased from GROUNDTRUTH or from authorised GROUNDTRUTH stores or dealers only.
Damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage, stained fabrics, and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, are not covered. Damage due to general wear and tear, misuse, improper care, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, solvents, acids, water, or transport damage (for example, caused by airlines) is not covered by the limited warranty.
The 10 year limited warranty covers manufacturing faults and extends to the original owner. Products that are covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of GROUNDTRUTH.
Refunds beyond our standard return period of 30 days are not covered by the warranty.
In order for us to determine if your product is covered by the warranty, please include your proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue(s) with your product, and clear photos of the product issue.
We will ask you to send the product to us for further investigation or repair. It is your choice to use the carrier, however we highly recommend using a guaranteed delivery service that provides parcel tracking information, proof of delivery and maybe insurance. GROUNDTRUTH is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping and cannot replace parcels lost during return shipment if proof of tracking and delivery is unavailable
If GROUNDTURTH determines that the issue is covered by the warranty, we will repair it and send it back to you free of charge. If we determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it for you with a refurbished or new product based on availability. If we determine that a replacement product is not available, we will provide you with a product of comparable value or a voucher of the value to pick your own replacement from our online store. Cash refund is not an option after the standard return period of 30 days.
If the product issue is not covered by warranty, we may be able to repair the item for you at your own cost which will be pre agreed with you.

What is not covered by GROUNDTRUTH limited warranty?
To ensure clarity and fairness, the following are excluded:
- Cosmetic issues that don’t impact functionality
- Damage due to general wear and tear from regular use (scuffs, fading, fabric softening)
- Misuse, accident, abrasion, neglect or abuse
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Damage caused by airlines, couriers, or transport
- Chemical exposure like solvents, acids, washing liquid or extreme conditions
- Lost or stolen items
- Repairs made by unauthorised third parties
What is the limited warranty period?
The warranty period for each product we have manufactured is 10 years from the date of purchase, and it applies to the products that are purchased from GROUNDTRUTH or from authorized GROUNDTRUTH stores or dealers only.

What is covered by GROUNDTRUTH limited warranty?
The limited warranty covered all the issues that caused by manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
If a problem occurs with your GROUNDTRUTH product and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product.
What will I get if my product is qualified for a replacement?
We prioritise repairing over replacing to respect the materials, energy, and work that went into creating your gear. This approach reduces waste and increases product lifespan.
If you item is qualified and repairable, we will repair it for you free of charge.
If your item is unfixable and qualifies for replacement, we may offer:
- fully refurbished version of the same model
- new equivalent if available
- discount voucher to use on your next GROUNDTRUTH piece
All replacements are covered under the remaining term of your original warranty.
Why do I need a proof of purchase?
At the time of making a warranty claim, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase: either your order confirmation or a store receipt. This will allow us to verify that your warranty period is still valid and will serve as proof that your purchase was made at an authorized GROUNDTRUTH retailer.
How can I start a claim?

Legal disclaimer
This warranty is intended to give you specific legal rights. In addition to the rights described herein, you may also have other rights that vary from country to country with respect to the exclusion or application of implied warranties, incidental and consequential damages, and repair and replacement. Consequently, the limitations or exclusions specifically contained in this warranty may not be applicable to you.
