At GROUNDTRUTH we strive to provide you the best products and the best possible service, please see below for our delivery and shipping instructions.

Delivery

If there is a cost of delivery it will be displayed to you on the Checkout and Shipping page on our website.

Orders placed before 12 PM GMT on a workday will be dispatched the same day; those placed after 12 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

We offer:

Free shipping for UK orders over £100
Free shipping for USA orders over $150
Free shipping for EU orders over €150
A reasonable cost to the rest of the countries that we serve.

If your country is one of the countries we serve, you will get the Shipping rate automatically at the Cart/checkout/ shipping page. If you get a message that your country is not available, please contact us directly to check if we can help.

Your order will be delivered by the date set out in the order confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then with up to 15 working days after the date of the order confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Your Order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your Order. Products composed within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.

Risk and ownership

Although we are using the best and most reliable Shipping company(s) to provide the safest and most secure means of delivery The Product(s) ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery to the address you entered for delivery.

Ownership of the Product(s) ordered will also pass to you on delivery, provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the Product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.

Price and VAT

The price of Products is as quoted on the site at the time of ordering. Prices include VAT (if applicable) and exclude delivery unless stated otherwise, the delivery (if applicable) will be automatically added once you have selected your chosen delivery method.

We are VAT registers in the UK, your order will include GB VAT if your delivery is in the UK, no VAT will be charged to your order if your delivery is to another countries we serve out of UK.

Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.

Custom clearance and Duty

Custom clearance and duty is not included or part of our price or service. If your delivery address is out of the UK, an extra payment for Customs and duty might be applied to your order by the Customs of your delivery country.

This will be calculated and charged by Customs and collected from you directly by Customs or by the carrier. You will not be charged any Customs and duty fee if your order is to the UK.

EU orders after Brexit:

If your delivery address is in the EU, you are required to pay import tax whatever your bill value is, and no exemptions or minimum allowance.

The EU customs will charge you import tax, equal to your country's VAT rate. For example 19% for Germany and 21% for the Netherlands. You will receive a notification from the carrier to pay your tax online, or some local carriers will send you a postcard including the payment details and how to pay.

It is your own responsibility to check what your delivery country Custom rules are, should this affect your purchase decision.

Payments

Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card, or the online services provided on the Checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Please note that, for security reasons, we prefer that the statement address for the credit or debit card you use be the same as the delivery address for the order. At some cases, if the address is different we may email you to ask for confirmation it is you making the order.

We will charge your credit or debit card the moment you place your order.

You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason.

Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee, we are not responsible for this.
